The Don Camillo Restaurant, inside Hotel La Fonte, is open to the public and has independent access. Everybody will eat in this restaurant will always find the quality of good homemade dishes, accompanied by the excellent Franciacorta's wines.

 

The Don Camillo Restaurant is the pride of the Hotel. The restaurant is characterized by an authentic local cuisine, made with zero-miles products because they come from farmhouses and farms of our area: a land of cheeses, meats, cold cuts and obviously excellent wines

To obtain the typical flavors of the past and to make a good dish, ingredients are not enough we have to respect the original recipe and the tradition.

Quality, freshness and tradition are the main components of each dish we serve at Hotel La Fonte.

 

The Menù Carte change everyday depending of the season and from the freshness and availability of local products. Being in this green area is for us a big benefit: we can find everywhere farmers, cheeses and salamis' producers and wine cellars, which supply the kitchen of Don Camillo restaurant daily.

 

Casoncelli with Bagoss Cheese, Bolliti and fresh fish are some of the specialties offered by the restaurant where you can always find a delicious Buffet with fresh, raw and cooked vegetables.

 

The skill and experience of the kitchen's staff can transform simple fresh products into a very special tasting experience in wich you can find all the flavors of Franciacorta.

 

The Restaurant can also organize Banqueting, Refreshments and Buffets for events or little ceremonies (it can host about 70 people).
